Wessex Galvanizers has successfully galvanized around 120 tonnes of steel for two prestigious housing developments on the south coast. 

The contracts were completed for Wessex’s long-term customer, steel fabrication specialist Weldtech (Southern) Ltd, based in Sussex, which has manufactured balconies and other exterior steelwork for stylish new apartment complexes in Portsmouth and Southampton.
The first development on Goldsmith Avenue, Portsmouth involves galvanized and powder-coated balconies for single- and multi-bedroom apartments to be completed later this year, while in Southampton the company has supplied galvanized balconies for two- and three-bedroom homes at the elite Telephone House development, overlooking Southampton Water.

These two contracts follow a similar project recently carried out by Wessex on behalf of Weldtech (Southern) Ltd for a further residential development in Southampton, known as the French Quarter.
