Galblast 450 - Which is a shotblasting process for Threaded Fasteners
Premium charge - for small jobs requested back same day and covers anything less than 100kgs in weight.
Minimum Charge - for next day service for any work under the weight of 100kgs
Collection and Delivery Service - covering West Midlands and Northern Region.

Technical:

Bath Size: 7.6m x 1.22m x 2m
Galvanize Continuous lengths of chain at a minimum diameter of 4mm thick
Galvanize washers at a minimum thickness of 1.5mm
Galvanize bolts up to a maximum length of 1.7mtrs (dependant on diameter)
Galvanize bolts From M8 diameter to 4" diameter (dependant on length).
Can give thicker galvanized coatings such as 100 microns, if requested by the customer
