Willenhall-based B.E. Wedge Holdings has announced the appointment of two new board directors as part of its ongoing expansion plans.
The organisation, which is the holding company for Wedge Group Galvanizing Ltd and other leading galvanizing business interests throughout Continental Europe and the United States of America, has welcomed Jon Parsons and Christopher Woolridge to the board with immediate effect.
Jeremy Woolridge, Chairman & Managing Director of B.E. Wedge Holdings Ltd, explained: “We are delighted to have appointed Jon and Chris to the company board, both of whom have played an integral role in shaping the business it is today As Finance Director, Jon’s responsibilities for all core financial activity across the Group have increased significantly over the years, while as Head of Business Development, Chris has become heavily involved in the company’s interests outside of the UK.
As such, both individuals are much valued members of the management team at B.E. Wedge Holdings Ltd, and their new positions on the board represent our ongoing commitment to the future, on building on our successes to date and continuing our growth across the industry."
This recent announcement follows the appointment earlier in the year of Angela Curtis, Managing Director of Oldbury-based Hasco Thermic Ltd, a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced-technology galvanizing equipment, to the Group’s Board of Directors.
