Witham-based South East Galvanizers is celebrating completion of its latest project on behalf of steel stockholder firm, Parker Steel, which marks an ongoing partnership spanning almost two decades.
The plant recently worked with Canterbury-based Parker Steel on seating components for Molineaux Stadium in Wolverhampton as well as for a prominent football stadium in Sweden. This followed completion of a major project which involved the galvanizing of 130 tonnes of steel used by Parker Steel and its subsidiary company, Builders Beams, in the development of a large storage unit on the Isle of Grain in Kent.
Mark Endsleigh, of South East Galvanizers, said: “We are proud to have been working with Parker Steel for 18 years now and on such a broad range of projects both here and across Europe. We always work closely together as a team to ensure that projects are completed within sometimes extremely tight deadlines, and the fact that we’ve been the client’s galvanizer of choice for so many years, is testament to that.”
