Worksop Galvanizing is celebrating multiple successes after two of its members achieved prestigious qualifications, and two new members joined the team.
Leanne Thomas, who originally joined as an apprentice in 2011 has achieved an NVQ Level 2 and BTEC in Business Administration, which saw her combine her day-to-day duties with studying.
The plant has also seen Kieran Airey, Galvanizing Operative, who has been with the firm almost 10 years, complete and pass the Forklift Truck Instructor course. In addition, the plant has also welcomed Dean Westby as Worksop’s new Transport Co-ordinator, and Bradley Gozzard as Production Assistant.
Paul Robinson, Commercial Manager, said: “We’re delighted with the series of successes the plant has seen in the past few months, and it’s testament to the support we offer our team to continually grow and develop in their roles.
"We’d like to offer our congratulations to Leanne and Kieran for achieving their qualifications, and also welcome Dean and Bradley to their new roles.”
